Job Duties   Concuity, A Division of The Advisory Board Company Concuity seeks to impact hospitals' bottom line performance by delivering targeted revenue recovery solutions that ensure accurate claims reimbursement, improve workflow and payment collection, streamline contract negotiations, optimize cash flow and profitability, and ensure accurate implementation and compliance. The result is a significant return on investment with long term sustainable improvement in revenue and profitability. Our current opportunity is based in Vernon Hills, IL. Revenue Recovery Specialist As a critical member of the start-up team with a firmly established publicly-traded company, the Revenue Recovery Specialist will work with hospital members to perform specific areas of review, follow-up, recovery and account resolution for third party payer underpayments and denials of hospital patient accounts by using thorough collection techniques to contribute to overall department success. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive analysis to ensure reimbursement is accurate Ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts Ensure compliance regarding billing and follow-up on all accounts Complete work accurately and timely with appropriate documentation Meet and/or exceed daily production goal as defined by the manager Assist with training of new employees Basic Qualifications: BS/BA degree 1+ years in Healthcare Receivables Management Proven ability to read and evaluate healthcare receivables information Proven experience reading and interpreting managed care contracts Exhibited strong written and oral communication skills Ideal Qualifications: Interest in health care Energetic, personable and able to work in a close team environment If interested, please apply online at http://track.tmpservice.com/ApplyClick.aspx?id=934760-1960-541
