Job Duties   Creates & manages an effective finished good production plan against ERP master plan, balancing MRP-driven demand at the SKU level against cumulative capacity constraints.  Analyzes master plan production requirements based on demand (sales orders, forecast), planning parameters (Safety Stock, MOQ, etc.), inventory levels, historical demand.  Reviews raw material availability issues with the Material Planning Team in order to minimize production disruptions due to raw material shortages.  Manages inventory levels of finished product in accordance to defined inventory policy and service level targets.  Participates in the monthly S&OP Rough Cut Capacity Planning both at the plant and route/resource level.  Optimizes enabled capacity utilization by minimizing production changeovers (set-ups) and equipment cleanings through order sequencing while ensuring adherence to food safety restrictions.  Supports Customer Service department through rush order management, inventory availability evaluation, and production reporting.  Monitors & maintains production schedule attainment KPI.  Identifies ways to improve production planning and Supply Chain processes and tools for assigned areas.  Acts as a key stakeholder in improving production schedule attainment through the interaction with other departments (Production, Material Planning Team, Customer Service Team, Etc.).  Analyzes and determines production timelines for new product implementations as an integral part of the commercialization process (GCI, sales projects, etc.).  Participates in the continuous improvement of ERP master planning parameters (MOQ, EOQ, coverage periods, etc.) based on inventory policies, business priorities and efficiency goals.
   
Skills/Knowledge    Bachelor´s degree from an accredited university in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.  3-5 years’ experience related in Supply Chain.  Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel, are required, including management of complex data sets.  Significant experience in use of ERP software (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).  Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
